PCS was founded in 2006 with the objective of running large scale Prisoner Re-entry programs for government agencies.  Our Re-Entry programs have demonstrated extraordinary success with the most challenging offender populations including the mentally Ill, sex offenders, youth and the medically infirm. 

 

In the state of Michigan, PCS has decreased long term recidivism rates for mentally ill offenders by over 30% statewide and works with over 1300 offenders per year.  These accomplishments create immense fiscal savings while improving public safety and creating higher quality of life for program participants.
